About Us

“Villa Gabiano” is a large house with vaulted ceilings, terracotta bricks & exposed wooden beams, with antique terracotta & wood floors. The flavour of the past can be felt in every corner, complimented by furnishings designed by an architect , with the inclusion of unique design pieces.
STRUCTURE OF THE VILLA
Access is via a large entrance with a local stone staircase, with brick vaulted ceilings. From here, on the ground floor you enter a music room with a powerful B&O audio system and hundreds of LPs and CDs. There is a large kitchen with a dining area for up to eight people, a double bedroom & bathroom with shower. A stone staircase descends to the large wine cellar / home cinema, with a wooden floor & ceiling with a large exposed brick vault. From here you can exit to the outside where there is a terrace with a sitting area & table near a small garden.

Going up the stone staircase you enter a large local library with international books and a PC station on a 19th century table. From here you can access a good-sized bathroom with a large shower. From the library you go up to the master bedroom with large bed, sofa and sitting area.
Also on the first floor we have a comfortable living room with satellite TV system that has access to the gym area with professional machinery and from the gym on a steel and wooden staircase you access a room in the attic with two beds, satellite TV with playstation 4 its service bathroom with tub.

In the internal courtyard after the large terrace which overlooks the pool we have a private annex consisting of a living area with a service kitchen, bathroom with shower and upper bedroom with a sitting area & view over the valley.

In the internal courtyard, surrounded by the beautiful garden, the swimming pool is 800x400 cm in size, with a depth from 120 cm to 150 cm. It is equipped with a Roman access ladder & chlorine purification system & there is a large wooden sunbathing platform & four comfortable sunbeds, as well as a solar shower with a capacity of 30 litres.

The town of Gabiano has a long history and the name of the municipality itself preserves a trace of its Roman origins .It has a medieval past that has left its charm intact over time thanks to the imposing presence of the Castle of the Marquises Adorno Giustiniani, which has been fully restored over the years by the owners, & is enhanced by its important high quality wine cellar.
